What 2 holes are you referring to here? Are they part of the known info
already?
Doug

mineman,
the last two holes were not good:
1. 98-09, nothing to brag about in this one
2. 99-04 should be a hell of a lot better based on their model at their web site, this IMO is a big surprise that the high grade intercepts were so thin and the overall grade for the 50+ meters was also under 1%
If NWI does not find a decent continuation of the plunge in the next holes, we might see 2.0 tested again.
3. I am really surprised that no-one raised an obvious question, that is how come NWI reported 99-04 and not 99-03?, was 99-03 a dude, and where was it located???.

This is hard to figure mineman.

I always had the opinion you were somewhat negative on NWI's chances. Now I get the opinion you are more bullish about their program. Charters too, having survived KL night at the Royal York, is starting to sound bullish.

Meanwhile, I 've turned negative for the near term anyway. Those results bothered me. Looks like a nice rich layer but as you said, too thin to mine economically. If they continue with vertical 50 meter stepouts, my bet is there won't be dramatic results for several weeks. Talk is now about finding richer feeder zones at depth and while certainly possible, I've always wondered just where the granite batholith might be located. Also, down hole geophysics have not indicated such a rich zone exists although at this early point, that may not be significant.

I have no doubt that NWI are going to drill hell out of the place. They really have quite a setup on the property. My thinking for the short term is that they may not do much better than Tuesday's NR which may not be enough to hold the current price. Who knows? Reading you folks tonight, I'm about ready to jump back in again.

Anyway, it's good to see everyone survived PDAC although I'm a little worried about Mullen's post. Sounds like he is still to be found at The Royal York's Lobby Bar between 17:00 and 19:00 hrs. Anyone living in Toronto should be prepared to offer any assistance required.

Regards,

Bob
