I think they have to be short of shares, half the float sold today. Do you think they will pull in more MM's tomorrow? I'd be willing to pay for the PR for exchange of shares, at rock bottom prices:)) Susie

MMCI IPO Jan 1996 920,000 shares offered at $5 per share along with 2 warrants for each share available for an additional $.15 per warrant (I couldn't find the strike price or the expiration date of the warrants). As recent as March 3, 1999 (2 weeks ago) stock was $.125 (1/8) for a total loss of 97.5% decrease from IPO price (incredible). Total volume on stock for all of 1999(excluding today) was 112,000 shares with that mostly occuring in 5 or 6 trading days (most days 0 volume occurred). MMCI ownership in PLCO alone should be worth about $1.50 or per share alone (PLCO about $10 mil market cap and MMCI owns around 50%) $5 mil/ $3 mil oustanding shares in MMCI ~ $1.67 per share value of their PLCO investment (at current prices).
