HOWDY!! Got back into CPQ last week at same price as you, Blue...thanks for the link to news and looks like I could use some more shares...CPQ gave me 18% CA-CHING in 9 months; back at the starting gate now, it should do far better just in the near future. So it's two Co.'s beginning with "C" for an Earlybird Hot Plate Special Du Jour tomorrow. Blue, that CMGI split announce is almost unbelievable - two times in a few months now! All these alliances, spawning, dividing, cloning, morphing the Nets are doing lately, whshew! Will any other fave pets follow suit?! This Is FUN 909.com (an understatement) Joan

Just read un-linkable news on PF sez the quarter earnings estimate for CPQ was lowered today from .35 to .20 because of seemingly low PC sales that Compaq said were due to customers waiting for the new Intel chip - then the analyst said small businesses wouldn't care about that, so the estimate had to be lowered &;o) Yearly earnings estimate on SI are .46 - just .10 above .36 quarterly as listed there still. Last earnings announce was the end of January. 'Tis as though the fieldmaster just moved the target closer to the archer.
