Hi Stockman,

I don't dispute anything you said. I truly hope everything will "soon" straighten out.

I'm just too impatient I guess. I have my reasons...I must stop the bleeding cause I can't get a transfusion.

anemicly yours,

SirVinny

Dell has to be one of the best companies to invest in.
It is a huge internet success, and its sales on the net are growing very fast. It is totally focussed on growing its business in many other areas- gigabuys.com, dellauctions.com, Far East markets, the huge deal with IBM; and it responds remarkably to its customers.
In my opinion, the stock price is building a base, and will move up substantially from here.
As mentioned before, it will move much higher if:
a) CPQ announces a good quarter
b) Dell takes over/merges with the box building operations of IBM
c) Dell lets out news of better sales at its internet site.

Am also long AOL, INTC, NT, ORCL (after its earnings report!) and others, but DELL and AOL are favorites.

For those who are wavering, advise you read Michael Dell's book. Will not only calm things down, but quite possibly will have some hankering to buy Dell after the triple witching madness later today.
