Stephen, that's old news. A couple of months ago (if memory serves) there was an article in the San Jose Mercury about how Larson all but conceded the issue to the SEC. But the thing I keep pounding the table about is that this changes nothing. The cash flow of the company is strong, and if investors jump on and off because of retroactive changes in accounting they are really fools.

The best way to look at this issue is if it were a change in accounting principles.

Would a rose by any other name not smell as sweet?

If what we saw today was triggered entirely by the information in the Robbie Stevens downgrade, then I say this is one incredible buying opportunity.
