I wonder what would happen if the bulk came up unfavourible ,would Aber still put out their money or quickly pull it back ,and drop the issue.I think the courts will see through this game and make them put up or shut up before the results come out.I think Aber is just looking for a free ride here and thought they could get away with it .sam
