Another candidate for the video side of a cell phone is Siliscape. Their lensing system is amazingly compact and superb. There are some extremely low power options for the display screen that the lensing system would view. TFS makes some options in this area and owns 19% of Siliscape. Stay abrest of what these two are up to while you are at it. Disclosure: I have an investment in TFS/Siliscape and hence follow MVIS. I am inclined to add MVIS to my holdings to cover the waterfront.
