Rush Limbaugh today predicted that Clinton will try, as part of the building of his legacy, to claim credit for restarting the "StarWars" SDI. By the time Clinton gets done with his legacy building, there won't be a dry liberal eye in the house! Hardy-har-har. Gotta love it.
