E! : By gosh, I think he's saying that all TA practitioners have to be somewhat soused...all the better to see inverted H&S's, C&S's, candlesticks and the like. I know that whenever I overindulged in my favorite cough syrup recently, then looked at charts...why, I saw all sorts of things that had previously eluded me.
