Nasdaq listing"? Anyone here able to name a BB that moved onto Nasdaq small cap?


Yes, a few. Off the top of my head, ALYD, IAIC; ALYD actually went National Market. TAVA? But you're right: it doesn't happen all that often.

It'd be interesting to see statistics on all this. How many BBs survive for more than, say, two years; how many enjoy a lasting appreciation in stock price; how many move on to the Nasdaq. How many, in short, become real companies.

It'd seem that there's scarcely a BB out there that doesn't have all the paperwork for a Nasdaq listing PRACTICALLY COMPLETED; they're just waiting for.....something.
