Float - was 2.5 million before R/S, now 1.25 Will do a 504 plaement for an additional 2 million shares in a few weeks People behind this are apparently the same people behind WEBY techstocks.com Apparently we have to wait a couple weeks before the real story unfolds here. Lance could probably tell you more but he is vacationing and called the company not long before taking his plane. All I know is he was pretty excited about it. Could be a total scam, could be an EBAY who knows.
