Terry D.: Actually, shareholders could be staring at more than a 500 mil. share equivalent, theoretically. 1) there could be the 500 mil. share equivalent, plus 2) the 50 mil. share equivalent preferred stock, plus 3) once all the common is issued they can automatically authorize more common shares to cover the convertibility of the preferred shares. This truly becomes a share printing machine. Crank 'em out, and crank out some more. Again, why should management worry about sales, and profits. They're covered. regards, Bob.
