If I hadn't followed Grubman for many years I would be skeptical also. If not THE best telecommunications analyst, he certainly is one of the best.

Nevertheless, if you look at the minimum bottom line of this deal, you're looking at $62 for FRO. No risk that the deal falls through, IMO. If GBLX shares do nothing from here, we've got $62. If GBLX is a bargain here as Grubman thinks, we could have more. But why is FRO selling at an $8 per share discount to the minimum? That's the current no risk play IMO.

GBLX has moved up 1 3/4 to 49 3/4 in pre-market trading. Couple of trades at 50. This may be the beginning of a "Grubman move". FRO looks like 54 or better at the open.
