The bio stepper news (or lack thereof) is what probably bugs me the most right now. Martinez floated it out in the conference call and still hasn't followed up on that. I realize he may need to protect a client but he also has a duty to shareholders. If he isn't releasing pertinent news, he had better be making up for it in other ways with this client. It may be worth it to sell this item at a bargain basement discount in exchange for the right to release information. The publicity and promotion gained in the eyes of Wall Street may make up for it tenfold. He has protected clients names in the past and it appears they have nothing to show for it. If they want their names protected maybe they should sign a long term agreement with JMAR. It looks like all these deals are one way.
