Jack. Great analysis. I concentrate on the Naz, and I see some interesting things. Tremendous strength in Msft after weeks of weakness. Why? Intc-- still hanging on, and today's Semi B2B report will help out as well. If you believe, as I do, that the turns are driven by cycles and psychology, I wonder what will change the psychology. I hear lots of people saying that when we get to Dow 10,300 the selling will start. Makes me think the selling will start sooner. But this attempt to psychologize the market is soft, but the best I can do.

Jack, agree with your analysis, we could go into late March for end of quarter window dressing or into early April to get inflows.

I believe as long as the breadth stays at least slightly positive we should go higher and when the McCllellan Oscillator starts a concerted march toward negative territory it would be time to leave and get short.
