I read through the Edgars on PLCO and a number
of companies that have loaned them money, or bought
shares of PLCO, etc. and they are all run by family or
friends, all inter-connected, often getting sweetheart
deals at 1/2 or less of market price. Tons of preferred E
stock out now, will eventually become 80 - 100 million
common of PLCO, which eliminates any chance of
earnings.

A P&D job for sure.

I wish it wasn't so, but it is.
