Well it looks like I will be talking to myself for sometime, oh well some things never change!

The smart money has left, and I am still here.I think it is has become
clear that the JV have no control whatsover over this situation and it
is entirely in the hands of Baytech.

I think that Baytech has it's own agenda, after all they own the field
they spent 7.5Million looking for gas, they may have found it, a private co, owned by the one and only George Plews, whoever he is.They simply do not care about the fate of the JV's, and why should they?

The most important issue is how this WTR situation is handled. I think
the most important aspect is public perception. What if Baytech issued
a statement every week, once a week, giving an update, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THERE HAS BEEN NO PROGRESS IT WILL IMPROVE PUBLIC PERCEPTION
THAT YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT.

Public perception of this case may influence the eventual outcome if a jury is to decide.

We are not stupid, all we are saying is improve your PR, I am sure there will come a point when those high price lawyers will tell
you the same.

PR is the only reason WTR will settle, you forget about the court of public opinion which can also be in your favour.
