Well Frank, You've done it again. Your posts always do one of two things. Sometimes they are at the edge of my comprehension (in which case they make sense in a bizarre sort of way, kind of like reading "simple" explanations of quantum theory). Other times they simply articulate things better than I can articulate them. Most of the stuff on the Last Mile thread is the former. Your post on GBLX/FRO is the latter.
