Voltaire - totally agree on the 4 you recommend - only one I don't own is EMC rather I own DELL - I am thinking very seriously about making the big switch ! Loved the great article in Business Week recently about EMC !

Excellent, it is market realism, this is a liquidity
driven secular bull market and if you play with the
big houses (go with the flow) yu can't loose.......
until the next major bear market, but that is not
on the horizon until a big shift in interest rates
or inflation... I mean BIG!

>>The four stocks to own for the next Fifteen years are - AOL, WCOM, CISCO and EMC. Good luck! - You will not need it!

Greetings, Nephew. I already own aol and csco, and have been doing dd on emc. WCOM? Hmmm. I'll start doing my homework. But what about athm?

This covered call deal is really neat. I sold dell March 40's (split adjusted) for 3 1/2 last month, and bought them back today at $1.00. Money for nothing! Think I'll leave the position uncovered until we get back to the upper part of the trading range, which seems to about 44, and then will do it again. Surely cpq will drag down the boxmaker sector for the next few months.
