That post says:
---------------

. Under the Stock Option Agreement, LCOS granted to USAi and
Ticketmaster, THE OPTION TO PURCHASE up to 19.9% of LCOS
(about 8.5M shares), at a price of $127.14, IF;

1. LCOS enters into an agreement with someone else to merge;

2. LCOS announces its intention to merge with someone else;

3. The shareholders of LCOS fail to approve the proposed merger
with USAi;

------------------------------------------------------------------

(3) above is true ONLY if the shareholders of LCOS disapprove the merger because of another better offer from another company.

This is what I understood from WSJ.

That is why CMGI is going to wait till the shareholders meeting.
