SOME OBSERVATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS TO THE THREAD:

Some of you will remember me as an occasional poster to this group, others will not. The reason for infrequent posting is the manner in which comments are analyzed by this group. It is tedious and boring to wade through the grade school mentality of "he's touching me - am not, are to" petty, egocentrical attitudes to attempt to find any meaningful information about HIE.

It demeans each and every person who joins in such senseless ranting. The one thing I find interesting is that each and every person on this thread has (presumably) the intelligence and drive to make enough money to invest in the market, but cannot conduct a civil conversation about the investment. In every discussion (unless you only engage in "yes man" discussions) there are at a minimum two points of view. The mere fact that someone has a different point of view is not, and should not, be taken as a personal attack. If you disagree, say so and then move on.

I have read volumes of posts recently urging people on the thread to email Mr. Murrie. Apparently he has not or will not respond. Here is a suggestion:

We are stockholders in this company. I believe that the annual stockholders meeting is held sometime in mid-May. Can someone determine the exact date and time of the meeting? The appropriate forum for airing grievances such as lack of communication to the shareholders is this meeting. For those of you that live close to the site of the meeting, please go and voice our concerns (you certainly have my permission to speak for me - so long as it is done in a coherent and civil fashion) Why not contact someone that is going and give them your proxy? I won't belabor the point - you all see where I am heading and what I am suggesting.

I believe that collectively we can get the point across to management that they do owe us some explanation of their direction and have an obligation to communicate with us in a more acceptable manner. This can only be achieved if we quite the bickering and focus on the objective.

I apologize for the length of this post. I hope you will all consider my comments as an attempt to improve the quality of this discussion group and to further what I am sure is our common objective: be reap the benefit of our investment.

Thank you all for your time.
