As you stated vic, investing is diffrent these days. i followed a small cap called naii. reserched it to death. their financials were strong. p.e of 7 quick ratio of 4. last years high of $24 and low of
$9. so when it hit $8.5 i bought. went to $7 and bought more. next day it went to $4.5 and i was down $9,000. could not figure it out. turns out they had record sales but were going to self finance their expansion, which would cut dividend substantially. investors did not like it and dumped. yours truely holding bag. stock did not make or show signs of immediate come back so i sold, bought mrps and made money back in one week. mrps first stock i have ever bought without seeing financials. broke my on rules and did it. seems the older i get the less i know!
