They probably don't want to change any ratings just incase there is a re-reversal then they would look stupid right? Besides at half the price it's twice the deal.

I know there were several who changed their rating on CELL, obviously all downgrades, so I would not put much stock in the 8 of 10 strong buys. Further, those were all the ratings before the 50% decline, so how much value do they have anyway.

I would check on Yahoo for upgrades/downgrades on the day of the news last week. You should be able to find the day there was 5 or 6 analyst downgrades.

Brightpoint Announces Integrated Logistics Contract With Iridium North America
