IMHO unfortunately, the three rules of real-estate (location, location, and location) will spell the demise of that building eventually. If it was a painting, I'd consider it a $5 asset :-) As it is, it's woefully undersized and poorly laid out for the traffic going through there. I dread that building. Plus, walking down those oval-shaped hallways after a long flight from the west coast or europe is a bit more than my stomach can handle.
