can you provide a link to the this new information on cpudirect that contradicts mgmts stated position? if this were true i would have expected cpu to drop under 6 again, but instead it is

6 1/16 (110) x 6 1/8 (355)

with current price of 6 1/8, another 1/16th point gain for thurston.

Michael,

Please clarify your statement regarding "no spinoff". This was clearly stated in the CC and the appointment of the new CEO would support this direction.

If I am not mistaken, CPU must spin to get around the state sales tax issue.

Please advise.
