thanks jack, i find it very useful. i can see those resistance points on my charts but how do you figure them out so precisely.

Technical Update:

Cost basis is continuing to move itself lower -- this is a technical positive.

60%+ ownership is now between $0.870 through $1.085 from a previous level of $1.151 thru $1.369 (on 03/19/99.) Leaving 20% ownership respectively scattered above and below this range. The goal is to have as little basis as possible above the prevailing price (i.e., resistance points.) Simply because you want to eliminate the potential for owners attempting to recover basis as the price trends higher. The less ownership above the prevailing price -- the better.

Resist points:

> $1.531
> $0.968
> $0.470

We are likely headed right back towards $1.531 with any positive news and will otherwise sit at $0.968 (or around) for the indefinite. The support at $0.968 is very, very strong.
