As a lurker, I would say to this: Why would you post your picks outside your A@P thread? By doing that you are forcing your material on people who otherwise have no desire to know about your picks. It's quite obvious to me that you are deliberately increasing the effect of your stock picks by forcing your picks on others. This is pretty clear intent to influence the stocks valuation by the market. Is absolutely wrong. Your conclusion that this picks are forced to a public is only comparable to the fact that a S-1 filing forces people to buy. If not announced in every every newspaper. In fact, many people, including myself - didn't know anything of the existence of the "Trade Picks" thread, if we haven't been advised to look there even by people like you. When I learned of it I was told not to post there, and that it should simplify the lives for the Anthony regulars. ... Sorry but its you who is completely wrong here. C.
