I do not think the context of Dwight's post allows one to make your assumption. When I read it, I certainly didn't because I instantly saw the ridiculousness in Dwight's saying 'good thing she didn't decide to suck out its brains' while knowing all along that such an option was not available to the mother once the child became a neonate.

With this knowledge and the fact the child was born at 26 weeks as well as the fact that the general conversation involved prenatal circumstances, I simply read between the lines to make a better assumption that Dwight all along referred to prenatal care. He didn't have to fill in the blanks for me because there was enough information for me to do it myself. But perhaps I am smarter than most (grin).
