You only have to hold for 30 days, and then only if you don't want to be excluded from another Schwab IPO for 6 months. You can sell on the start of trading if you want.

I read the prospectus, and I'm concerned too.

I didn't like the turnover they were having in dealerships.

They had all the normal cautions in there, but it seemed like the business was riskier than most.

Yeah, I was underwhelmed by the prospectus too, especially about the turnover in dealer membership. And there isn't much in the way of barriers to competition.

But in this market, does it matter?
