I spoke to Michael Ligget yesterday (CFO) about the status of the toxicity studies. He said the results would be in by the end of March or beginning of April at which time the company would issue an informational release. I didn't sense any indication in our discussion of catastrophic or seriously untoward side effects being discovered. Hopefully the pathology data will concur and disclose no significant effect on major organ systems. We should have some answers fairly soon.

I also inquired about the preferred shares and agree with Harold's interpretation.
