I was on the phone this morning to do my trades; can't access any of my account nor trade information and their toll free line is always busy. Keep it on redial or call that other number and the customer service can transfer you to a trade agent.

I inquired whether they considered signing a contract with other online trade companies so that when their service goes down, they will reduce their liability from investor losses and legal fees, by trading through the other online services that are functional.

This is frustrating. Jacalyn
