Just to clarify a few things....
As of your most recent balance sheet (unaudited 12/30/98) it looks like you had about $16,000 of cash on the books, but it's not clear to me how much in marketable securities you have under "other current assets". You have listed under "Certificates" a little over $400K- are these cds?

I'm also a bit confused by your P&L sheets. Looks like in Q398 you did total revenue of $959,000 and in Q498 you did about $141,000, for a six month total of about $1,100,000. Let's double this for the sake of argument to come up with annualized revenue of $2.2 million.

Now, someone earlier on the thread mentioned there are 5.5 million fully diluted shares:

Using a stock price of $7 1/2, that gives a market cap of about $41M, which works out to a PSR of almost 19. Does this sound right to you?
