OT:

In between postings, watching the action on today's scheduled IPO for IVIL might be interesting. FCCN might be a good sympathy play at the same time.

DATE\TIME\PLACE OF SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

I believe that the annual shareholders meeting will be held May 17, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd Floor of the Headquarters Building in Marietta, GA.

I do not believe there is a protocol as such. Every shareholder that wants to be heard will be recognized and given an opportunity to be heard. If I am wrong, then take the bull by the horns and make yourself hear. After all, you own a portion of the company and have an absolute right to be heard.

Whenever a company refuses to communicate with the individuals that are supplying the funds for its very existence, the problem needs to be addressed by the management and resolved to the satisfaction of the shareholders. Large insider selling, coupled with no news or explanation and then followed by a significant decline in the value of the stock suggest the things that class action shareholder law suits are made of.

I will not be able to attend the meeting. However, I have made arrangements for my voice (via proxy) to be heard. I urge each and every person that has the ability to be personally present to do so. For those of us that cannot be present, make absolutely sure that your voice is hear by proxy.

The only way for this company to start paying attention to our needs is to demand nothing less.

These are only my opinions and comments. Please feel free to expand or enlarge on these issues as you deem appropriate.

Thank you all and good luck with your investments.
