I get a "invalid user ID or password" message when trying to log-on. Telemaster seems to be working, however both sites have been down now for over 1 hour. And EGRP stock is up 2 pts! Maybe that's because nobody can get in to short this turkey. I will be closing out my account and going elsewhere unless Etrade acknowledges their problems. This advance notice to Platinum users for IPOs also sucks. They give you about a 10 minute window to place interest before the IPOs are closed out. Pure luck at this point to be able to participate. There must be a better way to allocate shares. This was one of the main reasons that I have stayed with Etrade, and now that reason is fast evaporating.
