Pete I'm sorry, that was the number given to me by customer service to call direct.

Patricia, I got a "empty" space silence when I asked if they could contract with another broker when their system goes down. I can't see them continuing this type of operation without some type of backup being implemented and I offered a suggestion.

I don't know if it is possible, but something has to be done. IMHO
