For and NOT for profit is NOT complicated, Darleen. I've helped set up both kinds of orgs in my business life, and am very familiar with the paperwork, the IRS ruling letters, the sub S, the LLC, the LP and darn near anything else I've ever been interested in or served on the board of.

I certainly know the difference. So do others on this list, who are lawyers and CPAs, etc., and are watching this exchange from the safety of lurker land with a great deal of interest. If you think Bill's squirming is lost on them, you have another think a coming!

Furthermore, I know which ones I want to support with my money. So do my private enquirers.

How dare you question me thus trying to help Bill hide/not answer direct questions. He's the one that dreamed this up. He's busy soliciting funds. It is happening right here in living color
under all goldbugs noses on SI, both here and abroad.

WE all get to decide where we spend our money. And all of us being solicited have the right to know.

End of story.

Now, do the RIGHT thing and press for answers. Or are you speaking from a position of having already pissed off your money and now wonder if it was a good idea????

You don't think Bill's being investigated/hacked/infiltrated and monitored for "suspicious hair loss" do you?
