Hey guys and gals, I'm back! Just had a terrific one week holiday with my family in Las Vegas, and to think, I never even lost money on the tables....sometimes life is good. No luck on roulette though, tried B28, more than once, but my ship didn't come in on that bet! Anyways, was thinking alot about BII over my holiday. The thought that kept sticking in my head was "why the tight trading range since the NASDAQ application announcement". Then it hit me. I always suspected that the MMs would want a piece of the action when BII hits NASDAQ. The best way to achieve that is a small financing of say 5M shares. Now, obviously, the MMs would want this financing accomplished at the lowest possible price, allowing them to make money on the upswing once it hits NASDAQ. So, how do they accomplish this? Keep the price trading at between 6 and 6.50, right? Right. Now, you may think I've been smoking something on holidays. But, I'm really starting to think that this is the case. I haven't seen a wall like present since we had some nice trading days back in November and December. Presently a wall at $6.50 of 102,000 shares. Why? To keep the price down, sili. It only makes sense. If they keep the price at this level, they can announce the financing as soon as the NASDAQ announcement comes out, BII has more money to play with, the NASDAQ has instant float, the MMs are happy. Makes sense to me. Any comments?
