Just so we don't get too euphoric, Irna has a headline today that unnamed Asian oil producers are refusing to cut production. Probably China and India which produce a lot but export little or none.

Assuming reasonable compliance with the announced cuts (80% or better) and improved economic activity in Asia, looks like the OSX may get to the 80 area by summer. But there will be a lot of volatililty between here and there.

Slider--I just bought OEI too, so nothing like a question after the fact--The SGO shareholders have less of a d/eq problem and I gather from the Yahoo thread some of the retail types aren't too happy with hooking up with debt heavy Ocean. The vote is on March 30---If you had to guess what odds would you give the merger being approved (67%) by SGO shdrs? --if they vote it down, what downside is there to OCI in your view?
