Hi LIG, I sold my entire inventory of DIGI rather than accept Alcatel's shares. They just didn't have what I wanted. DIGI was one of my largest positions at the time. Linda and I both participated in DIGI.

I'd have to perform the same analysis if we get a stock offer for VLSI. I'd like to have a more interesting co.'s stock so I have a real choice.
