Hi Gator, I've had no problem with any of my three ISPs using a standard 56K modem, so, based upon the other posts, the problem apparently is only with cable modems. Is everyone with cable modems using @home.com (TCI)? Did everyone having a problem try clearing their cache, history, and temporary internet files? What browser are you using? I have already e-mailed John Hwang to alert him to the problem, although it may have nothing to do with TSIG. Rest assured that TSIG does care. Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!! Best always, Marty
