**OT**

I would suggest Schwab as they have an excellent site and great customer service. When they have problems with their site you can call and place a trade with a broker at the $29.95 commission price for up to 1000 shares.

Fuc*ing Bull*hit !!

Now, E-Trade is down again....

I have had nothing but problems with e-trade....but worse, they don't care....their customer service sucks.

Site was down all morning....Called the 800 number. Busy signals for half an hour. Finally got thru......sat on hold listening to music for over 1 hour. Got a rep. Was looking to place a limit order for IVIL. It is new an not marginable, which I knew, however I thought I cleared enough cash to place my order. I decided to figure out what I was goiung to do and then do it on the tel voice recognition system. Got thru just fine, sold what I needed to and tried to place my order for IVIL. It of course didn't recognize the name or symbol, so I couldn't place my order. Tried the online site and it was back up. Placed my order, but it wouldn't take it because it said I lacked sufficient funds. Well, I had just got dome selling a bunch of stuff and had enough funds to do double what I was trying to do, but it still wouldn't let me place my order. I paired the order down by 75% until it would take it....a pittance of what I was wanting. So, I sold a bunch of stock, I wouldn't have...unnecesary commissions and CG tax, only to still not be able to place my order....now, I see the site is down again, so I can't check to see if I got my small order of IVIL, which may not be a bad thing since I was going to turn it over quickly, but probably couldn't because their site is so screwed.......

Sorry for the off topic post......and no, I didn't sell any of my aol....never.
