Cheap Tickets (CTIX) goes public today and is now trading at 33. With 22M shares outstanding, CTIX has a market cap of 726M. CTIX has the same revenue as IFLY and has the same business operation using call centers. 9% of its sales is in on the internet while the majority of the sales goes to the call centers. To be evaluated at half of CTIX's market cap, IFLY should be valued at 726M /2 / 8M(shares) or $45 per share. It won't be too long until the market will recognize IFLY as it is listed in CTIX's prospectus as competitor.
