For many months there have been rumors that Rubin has wanted out, but
stayed in until the Impeachment farce was put to bed.

Speculation suggests that the public views him as the architect and master
of the deficit reduction and the resulting **Surplus**....
His retirement would produce a massive selloff as this was a que to the
BIG PLAYERS all over the world to lighten up on positions...

Greenspan's retirement carries the same weight if not more.

This would suggest an immediate sell...whether it is susstained is
something else....
That the 3:30 T-P - 10day could be IMPORTANT
