Howard,
I never thought Compaq would come close to $50 last year. I was hoping for $40 to $45. You can't tell how high it will go. My new broker just said it could be $100 next year. He sees nothing wrong with being overweighted in Compaq. However, right now I do have the sense that I'm throwing dice short term on the first quarter report. At the same time, I think Compaq is a solid long term winner. If the first quarter report is good, we won't have another buying opportunity like this. So I'm willing to make a short term gamble on the first quarter report for large long term gains.

Hope that makes sense to you. I also bought at $25 when everyone was screaming sell. rudedog beat me for good buys though. He bought at $23. Now I wish I had really backed up the truck at $25.
