one last post ie: IRAQ - a little point that is very important

IRAQ keeps getting presented as a potential ''spoiler'' to an OPEC cut.

Remember - IRAQ's quota is based in $ - not barrels ! If the price of Oil goes up - their ''barrels'' shipped must go DOWN ! ...someone had a clue when they negotiated this.... Iraq is not a ''swing producing threat'' - this has not been correctly promoted fwiw.

PS - don't think we won't hit their pipelines (by mistake) again on a bombing run if they cheat <VBG>.... we gave OPEC a message on the last hit... scratch our back - we'll keep Iraq in line. Higher Oil prices are needed for International Financial Stability. The problem will be can it be micro-managed slowly to $16ish and not $18-20...?

PS for the Geo-political Social liberals - the Iraqi people have their own destiny in their own hands. Overthrow Sadamm (exile, or death) and you no longer are the pariah of the world... in fact $ will flow into your country...
