teflon, here's my humble opin on stocks you mentioned

lcos--why in the world don't i sell it--no potential for
signif upturn till july

cpq / dell i am leary of box makers. probably a sin
to some to see dell lumped into same category
with cpq but...i saw niles on cnbc after hours narrowing
in on ibm's equip sales problems. good that intc said they
comfortable with estimates but i don't see dell / cpq doing
much till after dell releases earnings.

which is why i am betting (thru process of elimination on
good ole softee and, especially aol. my half baked theory
says investors in dell, ibm, intc have grown addicted to
60% - 100% annual return these stocks gave for many moons.
now that is changing and these investor's cravings will
lead them elsewhere---to "blue chip" nets that promise the
POSSIBILITY of 100% returns. Comparatively staid tech
investors will start with A O L.

it would be interesting to learn how much money has moved
from dell to aol in last month-- that's what mine did

don't know if you saw niles on cnbc but it was VERY
nasty for ibm. I fully expect big blue to get kicked
down s'more & it won't be confined to 1 stock. "he was
right with dell...

of course, this may be wishful thinking on my part cause
aside from my 401k i sold every last share at 3:30 today--
dell, aol, msft, pcntf, intc. almost hoping for bloody
monday because i a already dying to get back into aol/msft
