Valuations which have been used in the past were based on a science that worked at that time.

How does one valuate now based on today's variables in the industries of tomorrow? It's time to come up with a new formula (and I use that term lightly).

Could you please refer me to a sector that isn't overvalued ? Overvalued is a relative term and until interest rates appreciate measurably everything is overvalued IMO. The best way to play any sector is find stocks relatively undervalued to their peers. BII is relatively undervalued to its peers IMO.
