My son works for a broker here in Florida. The word in his office was exactly as John asks in his message.

Option Expirations.

We used this to start to buy back in. Probably no reason to worry.

I don't invest in options and have relatively little insight into how they work for or against a stock. Could you explain to me how options expiration can cause price fluctuations either upward or downward.
