Henninger Launches Largest DVD Production Facility On East Coast to Support
Rapid Services Growth

ARLINGTON, VA. (March 19) BUSINESS WIRE -March 19, 1999--Henninger Media
Services Inc. unveiled a 2,000 square foot newly-refurbished editing
facility here Friday, primarily designed to support the phenomenal
growth in DVD production services it is experiencing.

Reflecting increased demand from the corporate, entertainment and
communications communities, the five-suite DVD Center is complemented
by an Avid Symphony non-linear editing system suite, a Quantel EditBox
Magnum suite and a dual-format Sony HDTV suite.

Developed for Henninger Interactive Media (HIM), the multimedia
development arm of the Henninger Media Services network, the DVD Center
includes two encoding stations, two authoring stations and a graphics
workstation, all from Sonic Solutions.

Since its formation last year, HIM has used Sonic Solutions' DVD
Creator to encode and author DVD titles supporting a wide range of
production services for customers whose applications include film,
music videos, corporate presentations, kiosks and training. For
example, the film community has benefited from HIM technology for
titles such as "Grip of Evil", a double-platform disc distributed by
Fox-Lorber; a special collector's edition of "Evil Dead" featuring new
footage and interviews with director Sam Raimi, distributed by Elite
Entertainment; and "A Merry War" distributed by DVD International.

"As our DVD business explodes, we need to be able to seamlessly
integrate additional production equipment into a demanding and
extremely time-driven environment," said David Newcomb, director of DVD
services at Henninger Interactive Media. "Because Henninger Interactive
is part of the Henninger Media Services network, we can offer services
such as film transfer and color correction that yield superior results
on DVD. Using DVD Creator, for example, we have been able to achieve
the highest level of quality and efficiency within very tight
deadlines."

Henninger Interactive Media has rapidly become one of the premier DVD
production facilities in the United States, with offices in Nashville,
Tenn. as well as Arlington. The company's mission is to bring DVD
production to its optimum level of creativity and performance and, as a
result, become the delivery media of choice for film, corporate and
industrial applications.

Henninger Interactive Media can be reached at 888/560-3444, by fax at
