Anthony and all: I don't think this one is ripe yet but it deserves a place on a watch list. GARD, a BB stock announcing a net payment system using their prepaid credit card system. Share price is jumping on this news. Sounds pretty close to the old CyberCash wallet that CYCH used to push.
They have a name dropping paragraph in their latest release where they are standing on the shoulders of giants of the internet (and they can mention a lot of big companies they are not doing business with).

Don't investors realize that the problem with a card like this is not the creation of it, it is getting retailers to honor them. Should they have the remotest success at doing this they will be looking at the 'Interbank Internet Card' or 'American Express Internet Card' and get ground to dust.
All the Best
